Deripix Support and Knowledge Base

The Deripix Server has a support website where you can contact the support team for help with:

  • Billing related issues
  • Staff feedback
  • General issues or anything you are unsure about

Tickets will be replied to within 48 hours with some exceptions as some tickets require a more detailed investigation and response.

Tickets regarding staff feedback also come through the Deripix Support website and will be passed on to the Deripix Staff Managers.

▶ Deripix Knowledge Base
The Deripix Support Website also has a lot of articles that can help you with different problems on the Deripix Network or Forums. Here are some direct links to guides that may help answer some of your questions.

If you can't find your answers anywhere else in the Community Help Forum, then contact the Deripix Support Team.
